Here are 4 ways to do just that…
Choose your preferred areas.
Select your areas because you love it and commit to building your reputation over the long run. Don't limit to one area, do your research, be familiar with the areas you choose. If you have a local connection to the areas you choose it will be easier to connect with buyers & sellers for these areas!
Have a budget.
Allocate enough marketing budget to be in touch with your area at least once a month. TIP: Set aside a % of closings so you can increase this budget over site.
Reach out in person.
Connect regularly with the people in your community and build your personal brand while creating relationships. That takes time.
Community Events, Yard Sales, Youth Sports, etc are great ways to be out in the community. Wear your badge or swag, don't be a secret agent!
Know your market and share your insights. Clients want to know they can receive reliable information from you. Know your local market stats so you can intelligently answer any real estate questions!
